It's not quick to heat up but it is acceptable. It will get a lot hotter than reasonably feasible... like scald flesh off of bone if that is what you want to set it at. Lot's of flow and stays hot.

Easy to install. Had a "professiona" plumber starr the job and quit leaving me to do it so the ease of installation was a huge plus. So far works great. The only thing that would make it better was if the wire for the controller would disconnect from the controller so you wouldn't need to drill such a large hole to get the connector through to outside.

Bought this to replace a Rheem. Price point was better, heat range much better. Overall construction was impressive. It was as close to plug-n-play as you can get. Provides ample hot water and so far its been reliable. Waited six months before reviewing but at this point it is 5 star across the board.

Heater seemed to work but just didn’t fit my needs/ control panel had to be cut to snake wire in wall but no problem to mount it- heater built with only there GFI plug can’t be changed without splicing wires it’s meant to say plug and play job so if anything goes wrong you’re pretty much on your own, but they have worked above and beyond for my warranty

Very easy install. Replaced a broken Rinnai. Very satisfied with the quality and at a great price. Actually I like the vevor better than the rinnai.

Arrived in just a few days after a horrible ice storm. So that's very fast delivery. The heater was well packaged and in perfect condition. This vevor was to replace a frozen and burst Rinnai. This is the easiest water heater to install I have ever dealt with. Seems equal to and I think greater quality than the Rinnai. I would buy this unit again and recommend it. I rate it over the Rinnai. Quality plus lower price. I rate it over the Rinnai. I had this vevor unboxed and installed in 30 minutes. But remember the plumbing was already there from the previous unit.

Vevor has the best tankless water heater at the lowest price. I had first bought a Rinnai at almost 4 times the cost. Same gpm and btu. The Rinnai didn't have the safety features or the indoor controller that Vevor has.
