Welcome to our site! All our products could be returned for free within 30 days for specific reasons! Please contact our customer service team as long as you encounter any problems! Now please follow the reasons below for more details.

The return policy is only suitable for our official site product with a 1-year warranty, but we will not take any responsibility for other websites that sell VEVOR products.

 

Reasons Supporting Free Return

Wrong item sent

If you received our product not the same as the product listing obviously, you could send the product photos to us; we will return them for you.

 

Not Support Free Return

  1. Arrived too late
  • If you have waited for the product for a long time and don't want it, we apologize for the situation that occurred. Due to our products are heavy, the processing delivery time is more than the light package.
  • If the delivery is delayed due to the logistics company's reasons, VEVOR will not accept free returns.

  1. Don't want it

If you have already received the item but changed your mind and don't want it anymore; and if you order it by mistake or the price has changed, the item can not be returned and refunded.

  1. Doesn't match the description

If you received the item not the same as the product description or image, please give us feedback. Based on the specific reason, we will decide whether we will afford the return freight fee.

  1. Doesn't seem authentic

As a premium brand operating for 8 years, our products are all new, and you can also search for them on other platforms.

  1. Without manual or Non-standard manual

You can first contact our customer service by email; we will send you the text or video installation operating manual.

  1. Doesn't fit

If the size of the product you received is not fit, you can contact us first to provide a suitable solution due to the reason caused by us.

 

Reasons Not Supporting Return

We have no responsibility for items polluted accidentally or damaged in the usage caused by the user's mistake.

 

How to return the original product?

  1. Return Pickup Label

When you ask for the return of ordinary parcels, you need to return them in the logistics station by yourself. For heavy products, we will arrange for door-to-door pickup and return (our customer service staff will inform you that we will pick up the original item);You can reply to us with the scheduled pickup time; if you don't respond to it, we will give you schedule time after 1-2 days.

  1. Standard Logistic return

Out of quality problems / seller's problems, the product will be returned free of charge within 30 days after product receiving, and we will provide a return label. You can determine the return time by negotiating with the FedExpress company. Out of the buyer's own problems, the buyer returns the goods at his own expense within 30 days of receipt of the goods. 

 

How about issues after returning items?

After the original product has arrived at our warehouse, you can inform us of a full refund or exchange.

    Refund policy

    Every product is backed by a 12-months warranty and a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Exceptional circumstances will be listed clearly in our product listing. If you need to return a product and get a refund, please contact us before shipping it back.

     

    Satisfying Guarantee for Every Purchase

    Dear customer, if you are not satisfied with an item purchased from VEVOR, please contact us before applying for a return or refund. A prompt exchange should be issued within 30 days of delivery in original packaging and with purchase proof from VEVOR.

    Please do check everything carefully after you receives the parcel, cause any man-made damage except DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) would not be covered. If your item has been damaged in transit or becomes faulty in the warranty period, please email us with pictures or video to show the problem.

    1. All returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

    2. Check twice to confirm that the item is not working before contacting our customer service representative. Let us know the exact problem by sending us some pictures for confirmation.

    3. The same warranty is provided for replaced products and the returned ones.

     

    If you are shipping the product:

    Carefully pack the item(s) in the original package.

    Stick the shipping label we offered (quality / seller's problem ) on the outer.

    The refund will be processed after the item is received by our warehouse staff, which is confirmed to be unopened and in good condition.

    You should ship the item back to our right warehouse. If you don't know the correct warehouse, please contact us.

     

    How long you will receive the refund money?

    1. If you pay by credit card, you will receive a refund within 3-15 days after receiving the refund email (according to the customer-owner credit card company transferring time).

    2. If you pay through Paypal, you will receive the refund on time after receiving the refund email.

    3. Our shop doesn't charge a processing fee.
