After weeks of research, I finally decided on this unit and I’m so glad I did. It’s compact yet powerful, and the 4.3 GPM flow rate is enough to handle multiple uses at once. This is by far the best tankless water heater I’ve ever used. It was delivered on time, well-packaged, and came with everything we needed for setup.
