No issues. Works great.

this worked for me 40' gate 1400 lbs. had to use steel cable to extend the chain, also used turnbuckle on both side of motor mount, ancor to the ground. keep it from back and fourth sway. the remote need to double click to learn. need better instruction.

Package delivery was quick and efficient ,no damage to outside of box ,as i was making sure all parts and hardware were there i noticed a plastic bag was ripped open did a count missing all lock washers but found there was 2 extra remotes they looked used and were dirty from being used. So in all 6 remotes and all will be used. I have a long driveway it is about 400 ft as the crow flies and the remote worked from that distance...impressive. Instructions could be tweaked to better explain install process. Price was great !! my other gate opener was $2400 12 years ago, probably close to $5000 now. If this opener only lasts 2 years i am still ahead. My gate is 27 feet long 6 feet high heavy chain link and galvanized pipe , and might weight 1000 lbs ,the 750 w (about 1 hp ) opens it with ease. I hope this review helps if someone is looking to purchase this product.

Looks small but very powerful and dependable. We installed in our duplex sliding gate about 6 months ago. Very impressive and easy to use.

Gate opener operates perfectly. I had to improvise the mounting as there was no concrete to bolt to. I haven't gotten the app programmed yet but remotes and keypad work well. My gate is heavy but opens and closes smoothly.

I have yet to install this but I see this is constructed with strong and substantial components and I see no reason that it won’t work as described.

It seemed easy to install, the only thing I could not do is connect the infrared, the same as downloading the application to be able to open and close from my iPhone. If you could give me the information on how to make it work from my iPhone without paying for an application, just as the advertisement showed when I bought it.
