I am very satisfied with this product. I had this for 3 months and haven't had an issue.

This is a really good gate opener. Install it correctly, balance and support your gate, and it will work perfectly. The only thing that could be better is that the sensors included are wired, NOT an infrared and reflector set. Not all gate setups can accommodate a wired sensor going across the gate opening. Installation tips: 1. Read the manual at each step and don't skip ahead. 2. Buy an infrared/reflector safety stop sensor. You don't want this closing on your car or child. 3. Don't skip step 2. 4. There is a gate direction switch on the circuit board, but you MUST make sure the open/close magnets correspond to the sensor labels on the motor, because the safety stop sensors will only work to stop the gate when it is closing. If installed incorrectly, the gate may close on your car while you are in motion. Therefore, the motor must "know" which direction it is operating in. 5. Install this motor on a solid base. If possible, on a steel plate between two steel posts or bollards. 6. Be very careful with your hands around the motor sprocket! Always disconnect the power when servicing the gate motor.

It's okay.

It's been more than a year since the installation. It worked perfectly. Easy to install and to integrate and operate it wirelessely. Multiply remotes comes with ITU, easy to programme. A key pad as well is there.
