this worked for me 40' gate 1400 lbs. had to use steel cable to extend the chain, also used turnbuckle on both side of motor mount, ancor to the ground. keep it from back and fourth sway. the remote need to double click to learn. need better instruction.

We are very happy with the quality and performance of this gate opener to date. The only negative feedback is the documentation is terrible and hard to follow. This unit also came with several remotes but was listed as only having two remotes.
