Great product good quality an works perfectly for smaller scale jobs

Not a bad little machine ..does what i need it to do

I have used this press for a tee shirt and several mugs. I’m not sure how to use the timer but the heat is easy to adjust. It comes with a lot of accessories for a very reasonable price.

Starting a dye sublimation and DTF business, we decided on this brand and option set to get us started. It is priced great, works great and has been instrumental in getting us up and running. We plan on upgrading, but will keep this running as our backup and small production press when that time comes. One thing that could have been a little more clear, you are deciding on a 30oz tumbler, or a 20oz, it isn't an upgrade, it is a different one. The 20oz tumblers will not tighten down in the 30oz press. I can't find an upgrade or option to get me the parts to do the smaller, or I'd get it, I may have to get a dedicated press for those.

Works great, Easy to use. I have used everything but the plate press. Its simple to swtich between the attachments and the main bed can be used for so many things. We make Tshirts for every occasion and anytime we find something we like mugs and caps. Its a fun versatile machine. I'd recommend it.

We bought this after seeing so many recommendations for this. Figuring out the control panel is a learning curve, I had to watch a YouTube video on it because the “instructions” were vague to say the least. I’ve had it 6 weeks and just found the bottom plate slides out (the extra handle and screws weren’t really explained well. We decided to get some DTF transfers to make ourselves some shirts, the first few would peel properly and we found the temperature the press ACTUALLY got was roughly 60° lower than what the control panel shows (thanks to thermometer. So we’ve had to set the press at about 380° to get it to the required temp of 320°. I’ve also noticed sometimes I’m getting black smears on my fabrics, which is coming off the plates. I’ve wiped it down before and after use (once it’s cooled) to no avail. While we bought it for all the accessories, we haven’t used them once. We certainly wish we would’ve researched the temperature issue more thoroughly to see if that’s a common issue among heat presses. Once we realized we need the temps to be set higher to get to where we actually needed, our shirts have come out beautifully but it’s definitely a learning curve.
