I have not started using it yet. I have been waiting on the one I have to start giving me problems. It’s heavy. If that’s an indication of how good the construction is, I’ll have to say it will turn out to be a good machine. Price was good.

This slicer is extremely heavy duty, especially at this price. Supper quite and easy to clean. Would highly recommend to anyone

I have a small kitchen and the ability to fold up and hang for storage was critical. And it slices very nicely. Love it! Tom

Great unit just wish it would accept longer pieces.. not good for slicing bacon other than that easy to use and to clean up

so I wanted to wait to write this review till I had a chance to put this through its paces. bottom line is I really like it! it replaced my older slicer that is typical of most slicers and it took up a great deal of room in my cabinet. I decided to get this one cause it folded up to about 2+ inches thick. this allowed me to hang it on my wall and freed up a tremendous amount of room! I have had a chance to slice some ham and decided to cook some kielbasa sausage and slice it thin for sandwiches. it slices down to 1mm and is very easy to use. clean up is easy and simple. this slicer will be getting a lot of use at my house.

This thing is exactly what we've been looking for in home use. However, it came with a chip in the blade that we noticed after the first use. Vevor made filing the complaint and issuing a replacement blade flawless!

Alot faster than a knife !!!! Very easy to operate. I have only sliced bacon slabs . Cuts through it like butter. Can't wait to try on Jerry meats . My grandson and I did 38 pounds of bacon in 15 minutes. Thank you for an awesome product. Yours TRULY FREDERICK BASTABLE

I bought it to slice bulk deli meats and cheeses, but it also works great for slicing beef for jerky and cheesesteaks! That big 12 inch blade also does well on boneless hams too. Making hoagies? It makes the best shredded lettuce and thin onion slices just like the hoagie shops make, and it will slice the thinnest tomatoes that would make the chefs at Howard Johnson's proud! I highly recommend this slicer that I think is comparable to some of the name brands reaching the 4-digit price range and more! My only complaint is that there is no blade handle to more safely manipulate the blade during disassembly, cleaning and reassembly. That would seal the deal! Thanks Vevor for making my slicer possession dream a reality!

I bought this slicer specifically to slice homemade bacon, but the carriage is too small and it doesn't fit. The meat grip doesn't move far enough, so you can't use it on anything more than about 6" long, which makes slicing hazardous. I'll make do this year, but a full size commercial unit does a better job, is more diverse and is easier to clean.

Great slicer easy to sharpen. Easy to take apart only downside is that it’s hard too clean all areas of the slicer. You will need to use pipe brushes to reach hard to clean areas.
