Love it! I bought it for my husband birthday and we cut our treated bacon and it was like butter. We bring it when we process anything.

I looked at other meat slicers that were very similar. The price was what i wanted to spend without breaking the bank This unit slices meat for jerky and bacon very well.

Cut my brisket really nice. It was nice and very light. Easy to adjust for thickness. Also very easy to remove blade for cleaning. I will have fun using this machine all the time.

I am very happy with the performance of this slicer so far. The slicer arrived sharp and has sliced everything I have thrown at it correctly. It is just as saw in all the YouTube reviews.

I worked at a deli in NY years ago, so have many hours on commercial slicers. I wanted one for home and infrequent office party use, and this has definitely fit that. Compared to similar featured Globe and Hobart models, this model is foremost MUCH less expensive. in terms function, this slicers is very solid/strong, glides well, and retains a sharp edge. The sharpener is almost exact of the other brands and does a good job. While this one is a bit harder to get completely clean, it's not terrible, and I just plan a single day to do all deli meat slicing for the week. The throw on this model is also a bit short, so really wide cuts of meat I could do on a similar sized Globe will need to be chunked. But, again, considering the significant price difference, the value this slice brings can't be matched even with a used Globe or Hobart. I highly recommend.

It will do exactly what I want/need. There was a pin on the sliding food platform that was not all the way in (stuck out too far on one side) and was preventing the sliding platform from folding down. Once I saw what the problem was and pushed the pin in, so it was even on both sides, then it worked like a charm. This will make slicing meat much easier for me. Really glad I got it.

We’re not a business. Only slice around 40lbs of meat or cheese a week. This thing is Fantastic! I somke meat/cheese/etc every weekend. Slicing from 1/2” to bareley 1/32 of an inch and am really impressed. So easy and consistent on slicing. Easy to clean. The only complaint that scared me was availability of other blades. Haven’t needed one as the sharpener works great. Been able to locate other manufacturers blades for when needed. I have no problem reccomending this product. After 4 months completely satisfied
