Decent for the money... if only Amazon Prime delivery would get its act together and get back to delivery on time instead of whenever.

Easy to install works perfect on our rv water hose very affordable and shipping was quick item arrived exactly as it was meant to be.

Had this in a rent house in Missouri and never had an issue. Now I live in Louisiana and I'm tired of worrying about busted pipes. Bought this before the cold weather hit and only had one issue and it was because I didn't install it right. Be sure and place the orange box with the black button against the pipe. IT WILL NOT WORK IF THIS IS NOT AGAINST THE PIPE. Now that I have installed it correctly I don't have to run water anymore to keep pipes from freezing.

Directions are explicit about how to attach to a pipe. SPIRAL wrapping is not recommended so do not order a length too long. I see this spiral wrapped in a lot of installations.

So we recently had the big subzero weather for about 3 days we rose and dipped below the zero mark and our outdoor faucet was well guarded. The only issue we had with this product is our fault we bought a longer one then we needed and had to carefully wrap to keep it from touching itself per the instructions. However, if I need another I will buy this again only shorter.

Put this on my RV water hose to keep from freezing during cold months. So far working great.

When using the heat tape. I found out it works best if you add an foam insulation over the heat tape and pipe because the environment outside the pipe will disrupt the heat and the pipe will freeze. I know this from experience

I will have to do an update after this winter is over to see how well it did.

This pipe heating cable does great. It is easy to install and use. It works as expected.
