Good cat tree for smaller cats and kittens! This cat tree was easy to put together, but rather small and not very sturdy for larger cats. My cats are 12-16lbs. I gave it to a friend who has 7-8lb cats and it should be great for them. I recommend it for cats under 10lbs.

I ordered this cat tree for my cats. They're always looking to climb and scratch things. I thought they would enjoy this. Putting this together took me about a half hour. It wasn't effortless as the product was described, but it wasn't difficult either. The hardest part was lining up the pillars with the holes. My biggest cat showed interest in this as I was building it. After completing the assembly, I let my biggest cat play with it. He's about 12-15 lbs. I noticed right away that he was almost too big for the cat tree. He fit in the various cubbies, but barely. The tree also felt a bit wobbly compared to other trees I've owned in the past. This might work well for kittens, but I'm not sure this is a great fit for full sized cats.

Should not be labeled for large cats. The poles are not as large as our other tree so not as sturdy and the platforms at the top wobble quite a bit when our cats (especially the larger one) 15 lbs, climbs up there. Otherwise it serves its purpose and they love the condos and the pouches.

I have been asking for a refund for weeks
First they stalled responding for days then they advised me to use the stabilizing attachment for the cat tree. This item isn’t even in the advert. More time has passed and now they want me to accept $20 refund for my $60 cat tree purchase (that can’t support my adult cat or my 3 lb kitten)
Please save you money. Do not purchase ANTHING from this company.
The metal screws might have been worth $3. The rubbing for the cat tree is cardboard and the fabric is see through. One scratch it will be done.
I’m trying to return this unused brand new 1/10 quality cat tree is the reason you won’t accept my return and issue a refund is because you also it’s the worst product waiting for a lawsuit to happen ?
