Im a huge vevor fan and really loyal to the brand. My daughter wanted this as her bday and Xmas gift like the "big" gift with all accessories. It only works for a button here and there, mostly it has gone through all the accessories I bought of various buttons just trying to troubleshoot. I feel horrible because shes left underwhelmed. I have to explore return.options

I NEVER RECIEVED THE PRODUCT. You said it was sent, BUT your wrong. I NEVER GOT IT. Also don't like the fact that i couldn't TALK to a sales rep. That made the issue worse. that i couldn't resolve it over the phone. THAT'S NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS. After back and forth, back and forth. When I asked them who delivered it. they couldn't give me answer. When I ask who did you use to deliver it. They said talk to your courier. How the heck do I know my courier if I don't know who u guy used. AGAIN, NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS. Now i'm OUT of a product and MONEY. THANKS FOR NOTHING

Quality is trash the transparent film doesn’t fit the button sizes and when you try to return such horrible item you are faced with the most terrible customer service and team saying that they recommend not to do any returns WHEN YOU ARE ALLOWED TO AND THEIR WEBSITE SAYS SUCH SUCH A SCAM TRASH GARBAGE COMPANY NEVER BUYING FROM THEM EVERY AGAIN

Haven’t recieved it…

I was shipped the wrong product and had to deal with customer service for a couple of days to get them to issue me a refund. They wouldn't accept a return and wanted me to sell the item they shipped me instead of sending a replacement. I eventually got them to refund me in full, ordered another one, and it never arrived. I have been trying to get this product for over a month now and I am afraid to try to get it for the third time because it never actually seems to work out how it should.

The minute I pulled it out of the box a piece of plastic broke off from the inner mechanics. The piece that broke off was a vital part to allow the machine to work. It’s unusable. I packed it up and messaged to return it and get a refund. They offered a 20 bucks compensation. It’s garbage, I should get the full refund if they don’t want me to send it back. I work with button makers as a part of my job. This was the worst quality I’ve ever seen. The plastic was so cheap compared to other plastic button makers. Incredibly disappointed. This design is very cute, I love holiday themed items- so I was looking forward to this one… but this is just sad.

I’m really kicking myself for buying this thing. When you push down the lever it always feels like it isn’t lined up right. Each size button has this tiny pin that you need to take out and put back in that I just know is going to get lost. Finally, nearly every single button I’ve made with the large size has failed to work. It’s heartbreaking when you put so much effort into the art and then it doesn’t work and you can’t use it again so you have to start over. Two of my kids were crushed when it ruined their art. Maybe I should have got the metal one instead but I wonder if it’s any better. We used a handful of the parts so I’m worried I can even return it. Very disappointed and sad birthday present.

I would never buy off them again! got the button maker for a very big price on the clearance sale! They havent packed the items that were in the description! Customer service are not interested in resolving the issue! as it is too complex for them! so basically i received the maker without the washers and the button blanks! for the bare press i paid 53€ Thats a robbery!

This took a lot of muscle to use and after just a few months broke after switching to a different button size. So disappointing. Now, mp ,atter what size i try to make, the button gets stuck inside, and the pin side does nothing. damn.

Does not work. Reached out to costumer service twice. Them trying to gaslight me that im the problem /user error... ended giving up trying to try ro return it and will take the lost. Never buying from vevor again
