Machine is not very robust, but that should be okay. However, the magnets come out loose, mylar only sticks in the corner, so it is not working properly. I tried to contact support, but they are nog answering my emails. Feels like I threw away my money...

This is the second time I have tried this product and the first time one didn’t work, now the second one 58” is not working and there is NO instruction on how to adjust the gages, so at this point I just want my money back

A gép, nem illeszkedik egymáshoz , ezáltal a használata során megcsuszik a kép és ferde lesz a végtermék. Au első lépéseknek nagyon nehezen lehet lenyomni , és olyan hangja van mintha el akarná törni. A kép alján látható a szöveg " rossz élet " jobbra leejt . Csináltam vagy 20 db mágnest különböző technikákkal de mindegyik minimálisan ferde , és ez akkor keletkezik mikor össze préselem az első lépést. Nekem sajnos pici csalódás volt

Ik heb deze machine nu al een tijdje en heb vooral gewerkt met de 32 mm en 58mm mallen tot nu toe, deze werken allebei zoals ze moeten, geen klachten hierover. Nu dat gezegd, ik heb onlangs eens de kleinste mal (25mm) uitgeprobeerd en deze blijft altijd steken als ik hem gebruik en dan blijven de twee delen (boven en beneden(A)) steken in elkaar. Als ik zeg "blijft steken" bedoel ik echt moeilijk en enorm pijnlijk om eruit te krijgen. Dit kan absoluut niet de bedoeling zijn, zeker als de andere twee perfect werken zoals ze moeten en nooit iets aan heb opgemerkt. Tijdens het proberen losmaken is het heel belangrijk om heel veel kracht te gebruiken maar ook enorm op je vingers te letten wat zeer moeilijk blijkt te zijn waardoor mijn vingers gekneld ertussen zaten en nu een beetje inwendig bloeden. Dit gezegd zijnde : het is niet alsof mijn hand eraf gehakt is, het zal wel snel genezen maar het is absoluut wel pijnlijk op het moment zelf dus voor iedereen die het probeerd los te maken let aub op je handen. Ik heb een beetje opzoekingswerk gedaan om te zien waar deze 'jam' aan kan liggen en de meeste zeggen dat dit het resultaat zou zijn van ofwel niet dik genoeg papier of dubbele ijzertjes per ongeluk erin gezet te hebben maar dit is allebei niet het geval. In het algemeen vrij zeker dat het een productiefout zal zijn. (op de foto druk ik de hendel niet in, hij staat gewoon zo vast) En nu ga ik toch echt moeten stoppen met mijn review want mijn vinger heeft pijn.

Not working properly. 1 badge sometime consume more than 5 transparent sheets and it slip few times while pressing.

Good and easy to use, but I’ve only used it a few times. A small crack first appeared on the handle, then it spread under the area where the spring is. Eventually, it became so large that the product gave way completely. The pin/button is made of plastic, which feels weak and may have contributed to the problem.

Delivery took an unusual amount of time. The first rep U spoke to told me that I had to contact the shipping company, which is completely false. The second rep was better, but after every message I would get a system note stating that my claim will delete in xamount of time. I was angry, as I had not received the item yet. The rep said that I would get a$20 credit due to having issues, but not has been a few weeks and I haven't received it yet. I tried out the button maker last week and it doesn't work very well. The top part of the button maker keeps getting stuck and only about every 4th button actually looks like it was put together correctly. I do not recommend this button maker to anyone. It is a piece of junk.

Works well except for the 25mm badges which pretty much fail with every attempt. The unit did seize up once when crimping as well, took quite an effort to get it open again.

It came broken. Customer support isn't great. I have to re-send them a picture. I already sent a video, but I guess they can't find it. I told them to send me a return label, because I wanted to return it, but they won't let me unless I send them a picture.
