Excellent set of guide rails to pair with another set of rails to make a router sled. The slide block bearings roll easily and the bolt taps all were perfect in accepting a 6mm bolt or screw.

These rails were the overhead portion for a Router Sled Flattening Jig. Their smooth action and precision-drilled components made the build and implementation a snap.

If weight is an indication of quality, these guide rail and associated hardware ooze with quality. They are heavy. Which is good for my application, which is a flattening jig which involves two pairs of rails at 90-degree angles. I tried other methods of making a flattening jig, none of which worked well at all. With these rails it works well.

These worked great for building a surface planer with my router to surface boards making a table top. Very strong and good value for the money.

These rails are good quality and worked out prefect to make my own slab flattening router fixture they are straight and the bearing saddles glide smoothly

This is a great product and excellent for the price. If you are just needing rails this works for simple heavy-duty guidance. If you are building robotics, I would recommend the slim square rails with ballscrew. As the main alum, I had the hardest time designing parts for this rail system. barrings are very thick and wide off the build plate. There is a use for everything and for the time these worked very well. For the right project, I'd recommend.

Excellent quality material, and exquisitely perfect machining. I can't detect much, if any deflection; the rails are strong. The only negative to this product is that the screw holes are metric, and while the manual provided is informative, it lacks that detail.

Used these to make my own router setup, 7' x 5', to flatten wood slabs, etc. worked great.
