Buy but temper your expectations.

Maybe a little more description on recommended chemicals to add to the water to help for better cleaning

I have used the Ultrasonic cleaner for around 20 records. I used distilled water and the results are good. I am glad you have included the drying rack. I have found that it makes some older records sound much better. I had some junk classic rock given to me and I used the cleaner with great success. I usually let them dry a bit and then I use my Disc Washer on my turntable give a final drying. You can see the shine in the picture.

Amazing record cleaning machine. Thank God a seller has come to start making these specifically for cleaning vinyl records. Had an issue with the adapter, was able to find a replacement and the seller refunded part of the purchase price to cover it. I can't say enough about that and the communication in getting this corrected.Similar machines can cost over a thousand dollars for what this can do.

I clean 3 records at a time using distilled water with Tergitol at 90 degrees F, and then a final rinse. After about 30 records so far the results are pretty amazing, there is no surface noise during playback, only music!. Even records that have been carefully handled and hand cleaned before each playing are improved. It's a most cost effective way to make vinyl sound like new. (I did replace the power supply to the motor that rotates the records as I felt the supplied one spun records too fast for optimum cleaning).

I bought this to replace a very expensive LP cleaner that I have had for years, on the recommendation of audiophiles on the Audiogon chat line. It wasn't that expensive so I figured I had little to lose. The instructions weren't very clear but I was able to figure it out from pictures provided. This Ultrasonic Cleaner outperforms my 10X more expensive LP cleaner and rids of all micro dirt in the grooves. The difference was noticeable. It also removes any liquids applied to an LP that purportedly "better the sound." Instead of an additive, I now have a pure clean LP with nothing between it and the stylus/needle . I would highly recommend this product.

Easy to set up. Does a fantastic job cleaning 6 records at a time. The records play better than ever before.
