I have several record cleaning tools for my large record collection. I wanted to try and see if an ultrasonic cleaner would help. So far I am happy with how well it works. I'm seeing dirt and gunk lifted from older records that has not come off using other means (including wood-glue). The automatic turner is very nice. The drying rack is a nice addition. I've had no issues with the labels getting wet. Some instructions on optimum water temperature (25-35C, I've been using 35C) would be helpful.

Excellent machine. Does a great job deep cleaning. A couple of suggestions. The 12 volt motor turns a little too fast for my liking so I bought a 6 volt power supply and it spins at a nice slow speed now. The motor bracket did not fit securely so I had to install a shim washer underneath so it would tighten down. Other than that this machine works like a dream.

Very happy with the ultrasonic cleaning machine! Have cleaned nearly 200 albums so far and the results are great!

Ultrasonic cleaning for my lps, it's a dream come true. I'd been using a vac set up, this is easier and works better.

Cleaned over 100 record’s thus far with many many more to go. So far it’s doing a great job at cleaning.Some of my records are from yard sales, thrift store, and friends who just gave up on vinyl, lucky me. Well most of those treasures had no record sleeves and were in bad shape and the ultrasonic cleaner did a great job. It brought back to life some of the great music from the past that would otherwise be tossed in the trash. Yes I know there’s some surface noise and ticks pop’s, live music at concert have loud and noisy fans so I can deal with the little surface noise. I did upgrade the wall wart with a adjustable volt power, I use 6v to clean for 30 min. and 17v for 15 min. to rinse. Best cleaner for the price bar none. I’m going to get another one for the rinse.

I collect vintage stereo equipment from back in the 60s, 70s and even some modern stuff, along with owning around 1,000 albums (lost count along the way somewhere.) I've always cared for vinyl pretty meticulously but wanted to do a deep cleaning on some, and will probably do them all eventually if I live long enough. This is so much better than some of the lower cost plastic models and darn well worth it, so it's worth the investment, and you can hear the vinyl almost like brand new. Takes a bit to get it together initially but after that it's a snap to use, plus you can use it to clean other stuff like jewelry, etc... This is a great model for the price whether you're on a budget or not. Fun to watch. Very happy with the results and would definitely recommend. If it has any shortcomings I've yet to find them!

This product has done wonders for removing most of the "snap, crackle, pop" of dirty records. What it won't do is get rid of the "snap" or "pop" due to physically scratched LPs (but what cleaning systems will ?). You can probably use water as a solution to get 90% of the record clean, but you would do well try out the different "brews" to help get the most grime out of the records. I am currently using a solution of distilled water, Triton X-100, a variation of "Quat 256" and isopropyl alcohol to help with the cleaning process.THe downsides:The so-called manual was pretty much useless and identified the use of parts which did not come with the delivered product nor could I identify a use for those alleged missing brackets. I was able to set it for cleaning 12" LPs but I do not see how you would be able to clean 7" LPs without some kind of additional (DIY?) adapters. (No biggie because I have exactly two (2) 7" 45s but in the future...)It would have been nice to be able to remove the tank from the rest of the unit to accommodate cleaning the tank. I usually take the whole unit to the sink to rinse it out and have to be careful to not spill water in areas holding the electronics.Other more expensive solutions exist which are likely more convenient to use but I doubt they are significantly more effective than this relatively "cheap" solution.''I'm currently using the supplied rack for air dry of cleaned records. There may be value-added in adding a vacuum dry cleaning system but the commercial versions are fairly pricey.

This product is the most amazing cleaner I have ever used. Coupled with the proper solvents and I added 99.9% alcohol to the mix to speed drying time. Albums come out looking and sounding like new. A must have for anyone who wants to maintain their record collection and save the life of their equipment.

So, everything you’ve heard about the effectiveness of ultrasonic record cleaning is true. Before and after ultrasonic cleaning is like night and day. This kit is a terrific option. The motor and record attachment are made of metal, not plastic, are of very high quality and work great. The tank is of course widely available separately (and can be used to clean things other than records), but there’s no way you can do better than this set for the price. All you need is distilled water and a cleaning solution (which is a matter of much debate). I also use a Spin Clean to rinse the records afterwards. The included instructions are less than meager, but you will figure it out. Highly recommended.
