It is well made and fairly easy to assemble. I would have created a rectangular square hole guide. E. G between 15.5 and 17 use hole ...That way it would be faster. On a related not it should have either a solid base, or a larger corner support for mounting the base. It can still slide around on top of the support. An alternative would be some large screws that pushed in on all sides of the base using the holes on the 4 sides. I'll probably build something to hold it still. Finally, the base is angled when set up for moving. I would have like to see the design keep it level and raise and lower floor stops, not the whole frame. It works but when you have a 500lb top heavy drill press it's a little never racking to roll it around on an angle.

I am not rating this a 3 star because of being too big, that is my fault although I made it fit nice and has plenty of stout by wedging wood across the ends and side. It is in good. I am rating 3 star because the foot pegs do not stay down when using the machine and starts to roll. It is very annoying and I supper tightened the foot pegs bolts so it won't do this but makes it difficult to raise and lower when moving machine which is often in my small space. Also giving a 3 star because one of the caster wheels that swivel is bent a bit and I did not realize until after I put my machine on the dolly. It makes turning and moving the cart hard. I used an over head shop crane to carefully put the machine on this dolly so no I wasn't careless with the dolly but plan on keeping it as I put all the work into making the machine fit and securing it down over all this would be a very nice dolly if the caster swivel wheel was not broken I would give it a 5 star. This is the first time I have ever lowered a rating and this brand of equipment as I have other equipment from this brand and have been happy.
