why is it unresponsive when i print？

The most likely reason is that Vevor is connected to a new USB Port. Windows will register Vevor as a "new" printer whenever the USB port changes. Upgrade over the rolla

The drivers are a bit tricky to find and likely don't get updated often, but I find this printer to be easier to deal with and less finicky with labels than the rollo or dymo xl. I've switched to this after using the dymos for 5 years, then rollo for 4. I highly recommend this - especially for under $100

So I didn't give a 5 star review because of the shipping issue. Other than that, it is a small, easily assembled product. The setup process was quick and easy. I printed my first shipping label in minutes. The label was clear and easily read. The seller was semi prompt in returning my messages and offering to send a replacement when the one I ordered originally came up missing in the system. I do like this product and will definitely be recommending it to my other small business associates.

Great printer for small business

Got this for my small business. Never used one before but was easy to set up. Everything works as described after following printer instructions. Set it up for 4x6. I use Shippo through Wix so be sure to adjust settings in Shippo also at 4x6 after setting up this printer. At first barcode and fonts were printed swollen but now it’s perfect and crisp.
