Good but not all good
Used it the moment I received it. Was pulling a small gauge signal wire above the t-bar ceiling line and the hook came off with out much effort. It did not get caught anything. Decided to keep it anyways. Everything else looks well built. If you are planning to pull cables with this, check the line hook for craftsmanship first. By the way, it's also hard to turn the wheel to retract the fish line. Maybe it will loosen up overtime. .

Nice quality
It's a good deal for the price. Seems fairly sturdy. Functions nicely. Great price for it. Now the bad... its not a $200+ snake... if you want that quality, buy one. I own many high $ ones and this is a great deal for what is. That said. Get one....it will serve you pretty well.

Thinner tape than normal allows for easy use in tighter situations. Be careful not to bend or kink it! Reels up easier than name brands. Extremely good value for your $.

Unfortunately the material used has a minimum bend radius larger than the spool it came on. Arrived broken in several dozen places, every few feet. Totally unusable. Customer support was excellent at helping resolve the situation!

Very well made and work like a dream to fish down a water pipe to find where there is a closed valve under ground. I would recommend this for a number of uses.

I have never used it before, mostly fiberglass. I don’t know how long it will last, but the guys said it’s a useless thing. It's better to buy from Klein Tool and use. But for the money it sits well on the shelf.

Works great.
As a cable tech I run my line through smurf tube everyday. Sometimes these tubes are jacked up, missing a string or the string breaks. This bad boy will glide through 99% of smurf tubes with minimal pushing.
