can i reverse the mounting so the wall mount brackets are on the opposite side from the picture?....or, the A/C plugs are on the opposite end they are now?
No. The device’s wall-mount bracket is cast or welded as a single unit with the housing and cannot be removed or reattached in reverse; additionally, both the AC power plug and the internal connectors are fixed to one side of the unit and cannot be repositioned individually. If you need to change the orientation, you can only install the entire unit by rotating it 180°, but this will cause the LCD screen and text on the panel to appear upside down.

I have a 20 amps 120V outlet. Can I use this to hook up this unit which is going to charge a VEVOR 12V 200Ah LiFePO4 Battery? I need a longer 6 ft cord, what should be the rating of the cord?
The system has a maximum output power of 3000W, while the safe continuous load limit of a 120V/20A socket is approximately 1920W. Therefore, a 12 AWG heavy-duty extension cord capable of withstanding 20A current must be used, and the total power of connected appliances must not exceed the safety limits of the socket and circuit breaker, otherwise it may cause overheating or tripping.

If i hook up 2 12v batteries in parallel ,how much time would this add to the run time for a 1/2h sump pump.
1. This depends on the battery capacity. Two 100Ah batteries connected in parallel would provide 200 × 12 × 0.9 / 375W = 5.76 hours of continuous runtime. However, a water pump cannot run continuously for that long; it would essentially drain the tank in about an hour. If this answer does not resolve your issue, please contact us again for assistance.

Will this work for this buffering scenario? The UPS is plugged into 20A outlet that is also using 1500W for a heater while charging the UPS. While the power from the 20V outlet is still on the UPS's battery outlet powers a 1500W microwave, temporarily. The 20A outlet draws 1500W for the heater & the small amount to charge the UPS battery. The UPS battery provides the on demand 1500W for the microware while the 20A outlet power remains on. This way the total power isn't limited to the UPS output
A 20A socket can only supply power to devices with a power of 2400W, regardless of the location. It was sufficient for charging the battery with a 1500W UPS, but it might not have been enough to power the water pump at the time.
