How long can the system run on one battery when there is a loss of power
This depends on the battery size. For example, a 100AH battery * 12V = 1200W. If your water pump is 350W, then it would be 1200W / 350 * 0.9 = 3.08 hours/hour.

can i reverse the mounting so the wall mount brackets are on the opposite side from the picture?....or, the A/C plugs are on the opposite end they are now?
No. The device’s wall-mount bracket is cast or welded as a single unit with the housing and cannot be removed or reattached in reverse; additionally, both the AC power plug and the internal connectors are fixed to one side of the unit and cannot be repositioned individually.
If you need to change the orientation, you can only install the entire unit by rotating it 180°, but this will cause the LCD screen and text on the panel to appear upside down.
