Step Guide For VEVOR Heated Magnetic Stirrer

Step 1: Clean & Position the Stirrer

Set the unit on a flat, stable hard surface, either in a fume hood or a well-ventilated container. Wipe the hot plate and area around it clean. Ensure the stirring device is connected to a grounded socket and not in contact with the hot zones.

Step 2: Add Stir Bar and Liquid Sample

Put a PTFE-coated stirring bar into your reaction vessel and place it at the center of the hot plate. Pour your liquid mixture into the boat and ensure the level does not exceed the safe range of stirring volumes to prevent spillage or overflow.

Step 3: Set Stirring Speed

Plug in the unit and turn the stir control knob to a slow rotation by softly turning the knob. Use gradual adjustments of the speed level until the stir bar rotates without any wobbling. The magnetic coupling will involve the bar to have your solution circulate effectively.

Step 4: Turn on the Activation of Heating
