Seem to work well. They are certainly easy to clean. I used a little soap and bleach in the front loading washer. You cannot use the wash bag since you will not get a balanced load. I just put the balls in the washer without the bag. You need to do a few rinse cycles to get all the grime (algae) off. I used high speed spin to get rid of most of the water. I used the dryer but only on air, no heat.

Got a new filter for my pool and was looking at different types of mediums to use in it. This one kept coming up. I read reviews on it thought, I would try them. 48 hours later the pool is crystal clear. Don’t know what it’s like yet in order to clean them so that will be the next step. Also, I didn’t give a high mark on “features“ simply because I don’t know what features wool balls would have necessarily lol the product however seems to be working fine and it’s intended use.
