Great bench for the price. Its not super heavy duty, but if you weigh less than 250 lbs and don't lift like a gym rat meat head, this should work just fine and is easy to move around. I can do stuff like dumbell presses with 50 LBS in each hand and it is perfectly stable and solid. I do not regret the purchase.

Great pricing and very fast shipping. Minimal assembly required and easy to accomplish within 30 minutes with all the necessary tools and parts included. Made of excellent materials consisting of strong metal tubing and firm padding for the seat and headrest. Overall, this easily adjustable bench is very sturdy, and it will serve very well for all of my dumbbell exercises.

I bought this for $100 during Prime days. It is a good bench for the money. It is not very heavy but is sturdy enough for home use. There is a slight amount of wiggle in the seat hinges when they are not loaded but this does not effect the bench's stability while in use. Now for my gripes about this bench. First is the foot/leg hold down bar is not very good. The padding is not covered and will eventually tear or wear away through heavy use. The friction of the pads is all that keeps the bar in its horizontal position and they tend to slip as you use them. But you probably won't use it that much because the bench is not very good for decline work. The reason being is that when the back support and seat are placed in a straight decline orientation, there is nothing to hold or lock the seat in position. It has a tendency to want to flip up as you get into position or as you are trying to get up from the declined position (such as, when doing situps). There is also no roller or pad besides the edge of the seat to cushion the backs of your knees while in decline position. Next on the con side is that there are no wheels for moving it around but it's not very heavy anyway. So that's not a huge issue. I will also say it's ability to fold up for storage is nearly useless because it will only stand up by resting precariously on the edge of the padding for the back support which will eventually lead to wear and tear on the vinyl. I bought this bench to use with my DONOW leverage gym. Overall, it's a good flat and incline bench for such a use. However, it is at best a mediocre decline.
