I am really enjoying this exercise equipment. I do about 20 of these. A couple times a day. I’m going to work my way up and get in better shape, but I’m 66 years old and after two weeks, I can stand up without pushing on the armrest of the chair. I do enjoy using it thank you.

Great total body workout. Mommy back has been in pain for years and I used a cane for a while. A couple weeks on this a few days a week and I’m down 10 lbs, built muscle, and no more back pain . It’s amazing. Best workout machine ever!

I'm giving it 5 stars. It's a great machine and for the price you can't beat it. It's very sturdy and gives you a great workout. I'm the one that purchased it but my husband who weighs 250 gets on it everyday and loves it too. I bought it because at 60 years old I have bad knees, ankles and feet which makes it hard for me to do my walking for exercise anymore. This is easy on them. I would definitely recommend it

This does great for my back and you can really feel it in your legs. It's works for your whole body. You're stretching, squatting and feeling the burn all at once
