Great handrails. Very solid and very safe.

Came without drill bit and wrench. I have wrenches, but, had to go to lowe's and get a bit. Also, the base cover was bent. I do like the hand rail. It looks very nice and is really sturdy. I would have given it five stars, if the parts were not missing. We have six concrete steps and it is perfect. Very happy with my purchase.

Finish flanges bent on arrival (damage during shipment). We installed in a wood deck. Would have preferred some lag bolts for that wood option--paid extra for masonry inserts/bolts which we promptly threw away. Pretty easy to install. looks nice

Very easy to install and all the hardware was provided for wood or concrete installation.

I had it installed, but the handyman was able to do it quickly and it really looks great. It gives the back stairs an elegant look.

This item is really well designed. It is not a cheaply designed and constructed item as has been reviewed. Imagine my amazement when I opened the parts bag and found not only the bolts (both for wood and masonry) but also a hammer drill bit. Fortunately I do have a hammer drill ... and if the bit would have worked in my hammer drill (dewalt) then I wouldn't have needed another hammer drill bit (which I had).The product could have one improvement. Please make the rail mounting points adjustable so they could be moved up and down on the rail. By making the mounting points movable the posts could be more ideally located on the floor.
