It is easy to use, you just have get used to how it works. I love how it locks in place. I am able to store it easily and it doesn't take up much space. I like the height of the ladder. I would recommend this product to anyone of any age. It is made of high quality material.

Kevin Yarbrough So far so good
9.5 FT
I have not yet used this a lot, but thus far it has provided good service for accessing a loft that I created in my storage shed. Note this loft is built upon ceiling joists that sit at the top of 9-ft walls.
I like the fact that the ladder retracts and can be stored without taking a lot of room.
The quality is good. The weight is not excessive for the stability. This product has. The price point was much more favorable than a more traditional attic ladder configuration.
