Once I got this mounted, it was solid and nice. However, to mount onto concrete, you need a rotohammer to make the holes for the wedge bolts, that come with the product. That is made clear in the instructions, as I recall, but just saying. I you don't have your own rotohammer, you'll need to make sure that you can get one from a friend, or someone.

I got these for my front door, where I have 3 concrete steps and a landing. I like that these railings are simply designed without frills. I like the simplistic matte look. These are super sturdy, and came with different types of screws for different materials. I also like that the instructions were easy to follow and came with a concrete drill bit! My dad needed these railings because he has to use a walker and they're sturdy enough to support his weight without feeling flimsy. The box also advertised that they have attachment parts for your landing if you have one, which is cool so I could get a matching landing railing to go with it at a later point.

My parents installed this into concrete steps to allow for easier access to their home. It was installed easily and looks nice. The quality of the material is nice as well.

Very well made. Classy looking and sturdy. I bought the 3-4 step for the front porch and then purchased the 2-3 step for side steps.

I ordered the first set and didnt recieve hardware .I contacted these guys and they had to me right away. I was so impressed with the product and the service I ordered another one.

Very happy with this handrail with simple clean lines. Although the kit was complete, included everything advertised as needed for concrete or wood, we purchased special sleeve anchors for our brick installation. Some previous reviews said more information was needed but we found helpful and complete instructions that were very clear and easy to follow. We really like the finishing touches like the end caps and joints that position perfectly.

I had these installed. At that time I was restricted to a walker and stairs were nearly impossible for me. These are extremely sturdy. The installation was a little challenging. This comes with a drill bit. Be aware the drill bit that comes with this are for concrete. If you use it on wood the hole will be too large and the wood screws will not fit. The instructions are not very clear. However once installed these are great.

Take your time when installing. Very important to get the holes in the concrete lined up perfectly. Took me about an about to install, taking me time. I also painted it a different color before I put it together.

All the parts were in the first shipment. But the seller was quick to respond and take care of it. I would definitely purchase again if needed. It did require quite some elbow grease to drill through the concrete but that's to be expected.

This hand rail was purchased for my porch steps. I have four steps and this hand rail was a perfect match for this application. Assembly was not difficult however two people makes it easier. Everything was included with the hand rails all mounting hardware and even the drill bit and screw bit. Drill bit made installation of concrete bolts pretty easy. Completed job in about an hour. Hand rail is solid and looks good. I am very happy with this hand rail and would recommend it.
