Product used for safety. Quality material, sturdy, easy to follow instructions

Sturdy and would of been an easy install if I had a wooden staircase. I had to get someone to install it into my concrete steps. Price was right and looks so much better than my rusted broken railing.

It was packaged very well, very good quality construction, very easy to assemble and install, it came with all the hardware and tools (except drill and bit) I mean...30 min. from box to done. WOW... I will be getting the matching one for the other side. Thanks for a good product.

Came packaged very well. All parts were there. Small parts were in bags. Installation was quite simple if you know what you're doing. Seems to be sturdy and stable. Would recommend.

I tried for weeks for my husband to extend our hand rail for our stairs. I am handicaped. So I bought the addon. It was very simple to add on. Highly recommend

I have install several of these over the years through my handyman ministry, in the past included in the hardware kit was a masonry drill bit for mounting to concrete, BE AWARE the kit no longer includes the bit. The included anchors are metric (10mm I believe), if everything was included the anchor system would be adequate. As the kit is no longer complete I opted to not use the included anchors and upgraded to more substantial Red Head concrete anchors. As that being said I really do like the product and will use it again just knowing I will need my own hardware and supplies

Easy to in stall and sturdy. Looks really good on a two tier gray deck with floral patio furnishings. I'd by this again. My installer is ordering some for a couple of his clients. This is a good product for the price.

My grand parents are having a hard time on going up and down stairs. This really helped making their daily life better! Recommend

Very solid built product built in the USA. Came with great instructions and everything for a solid concrete install (anchors and everything). Unfortunately I was installing in a wood deck so I did have to run to the store for lag bolts, my fault, the listing did say that. So I got the lag bolts (3/8" by 3" for my redwood deck) and the adapter the use my drill with the socket set (it was only $5, well worth it it to not have to do those lag bolts by hand). I am so happy with how sturdy it turned out. I don't see this railing going anywhere anytime soon. The only annoying part about the whole thing is the cover plate for the bolt heads, it gets in the way while trying to put them in...I almost unscrewed the middle bar connectors to remove them. Might want to suggest that for sanity sake!
