Mike Solid piece of equipment
Upgraded Model
What can I say, it's a sit-up board. Assembly was straightforward and easy, all hardware pieces were in the box. Proportions are good (for my height, 5' 8"), and it is comfortable to use.

Jamie This bench is amazing!!
Upgraded Model
Oh my gosh so this thing is absolutely amazing I needed something that didn't take up a lot of space. And wasn't a waste of my money and would actually help improve my body. As for assembly it was very easy even my 10 year old helped me put it together. I'm a full-time single mom so I don't have a babysitter to be able to go work out at the gym but I don't want that stop me I'm always trying to look for a cool gadgets and things that I can actually really find that don't take up a lot of space.

fursmo Not worth it
Small Size
Absolutely terrible. Very cheaply made. Not very sturdy. Maybe the next models up are ok but I'm not sure. I got my money back immediately.
