Very sturdy and easy to put together

I was very impressed with the quality of this bench…especially for its price! I’d buy it again in a heartbeat!

This is not a commercial gym quality item, but it's fairly close and it's excellent for home use. The metal is a fairly heavy gauge and welds appear to be of good quality, with an excellent finish. The bench is stable and balanced well (I'm over 200 lbs. and have no trouble with it) in the various positions, yet it weighs less than I thought it would.

I like that it folds, keeps it from being in the way. You really only need this for abs. Do slow motion reps, twisting reps, iso holds, etc. or just do good old situps. The padding is very thick on the bench portion.

This was easy to put together and easy to use. When I'm not using it, I lean it against the wall and it's out of the way. It is plenty sturdy for my needs.

Comfortable bench. Easy to assemble, and stable. Watch a video online about how to do correct incline crunches and you will feel them! This bench is now a regular part of my workout.

I use this at least every other day. Great for ab training and good for decline bench press. I recommend for any home gym.

Sturdy, easy to put together (I’m a petite girl with long nails etc. and it took me about 20 minutes). All parts are aligned perfectly and of good quality. The bench has little wheels to move around, and it’s adjustable for different types of exercise.Great customer service as well👌!!! If I could I would give them 10 stars ⭐️

This is a great option if you have a small space but want a versatile piece of workout equipment. It’s light weight and easy to move. Assembly was very quick, done in just a few minutes.It’s comfortable and easy to adjust the height.

Took about 20 minutes to assemble, and pleased with my purchase. Seems sturdy, and adjustable for about any person. I'm 6'2" and after some playing around, I found the right position for me. I've seen benches like this is store that sold for double this amount, so I was pleased with the overall quality and sturdiness of this product, which I've been using daily since purchasing.
