The worst part about these seats, and we have bought two of them is the way the molded foam armrests are secured to the seat back. They pivot on a small steep post that does not run through the entire arm rest, and there is no internal support for the foam at the joint. If you apply any amount of force in either the up or down positions, the armrest will fail. There is a small grub screw that the armrest moves against to provide a mechanical stop, and the screw will chew right though the molded material easily. Terrible design. Return process is complicated and Vevor does not proactively communicate with the customer to make sure you know what is going on with the return or refund.
The seat back and base are well made and the seat is very comfortable. Have used them on two garden tractors and will use them again because the price is great for what it is and they are a nice low profile seat with good back and leg support. They just need to get the arm rests redesigned and the customer service figured out.
