Love the machine and so do the ducks and chickens. 5mm was a little bigger pellet then what I wanted but it is small enough the chickens and ducks can still eat it. I would say get the 4mm if it is available. I also use it for making the rabbit food and 5mm seem to be a great size for the rabbits.

Once you figure out what moisture is needed to make pellets. The machine works great. For the price the quality is impressive. I would recommend this produce for what is is intended to do, make pellets! Thanks

Whatever you going to put in nide water real hard to be consistent with different grain or pasture real hard to calibrate with the wire box to close. You need grinder and mixer and ad water after all its done you going to make 50 pounds in about 2 hours if you have only 10 chicken or 2 goats or 1 sheep its ok but the machine is cheap

I received this product with a half dollar size hole in the underside of the cast iron part of the hopper. the oil chamber leaks oil all around the seal, all the bolts were stopped making tightening it impossible! and also found a Y shaped crack in that oil chamber that was also leaking the oil out. Horribly quality on this product! the machine worked as far as the motor and components are concerned, but will not hold oil making it impossible to use. I have contacted customer service 4 days ago and haven’t received any correspondence other than we are sorry for the delay…

Ordered this pellet mill from Vevor Misunderstood product description and ordered wrong unit. Tried to return to Vevor...still try It's been 10 days Opened multiple tickets. Tried using "Live Chat" on January 19, 2025 Vevor rep replied with more lies. He left chat open. Now can't open new chat or contact Vevor again. Still waiting to return pellet mill. You really really suck Vevor 😒

Stopped working by the second day. Does not want to turn on

Between the poor finish quality and the unusable end product, don’t waste your money. It’s almost as if the machine was built then powder coated. All of the bolts were covered in barely cured powder coated paint, making it difficult to do any adjustments without having to chip away at the paint. The location of one of the roller adjustments bolts is between the feed cone and the electrical box, which means you cannot safely make adjustments without turning the machine off, adjusting, and turning it back on repeatedly. And the end product quality was terrible no matter what we did. We spent a week trying to dial it in with whole or cracked corn coats, wheat, grass clippings, and chopped hay in varying degrees of moisture content and never did get a usable pellet, even after trying to sun dry the pellets afterwards. And customer support has been abysmal. We tried the recommendations and sent them videos of what we encountered only for them to close the ticket. They said we had 24 hours to submit our final videos, a timeline which we met, but they still closed the ticket without a resolution.

Where do start... Ordered the machine and took forever to get here. Followed all the directions they gave I should say the lack of. You literally have to look up and research everything and what the American version is . I know its a Chinese machine so I was kinda prepared for that. Got everything for it powered it up and started to make some pellets and everything run as should be. Remind you there is nothing online to help you so its a bunch of trial and error. Now the machine just makes a humming sound and wont spin or do anything. I have cleaned it all up and it will spin freely but the motor just makes a humming noise. Contacted Vevor and its been a solid week now of sending pics and doing this and doing that and still nothing resolved. Literally a $1000.00 paper weight with no support or nothing. I have bought a lot from Vevor and its all been good stuff until this. Cant talk to nobody at all just email at random hours?? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all and no resolution to problem just send pics and that's it Im sure they hope I go away not gonna happen. BUYER BEWARE on any of there products in my opinion on all there products now for me even though I hadn't had a problem until this. Hope this helps someone else just know if you buy anything from Vevor your not gonna get any help from them if you have a problem . Its a shame cause there stuff is affordable but not worth all of this.
