The screen came cracked otherwise everything else works as it should. I'd like either a new one shipped or money off. Not sure if the screen doesn't work if i can get a replacement screen

the size of this is just like the one at a vet office its pretty large, gives very accurate weights of our animals! the set up is super easy! definitely worth the money!!

My package was late due to UPS. When I did receive the scales I opened the box and one little paper booklet to give me a few instructions. For one thing, the scales are shipped in a box with a foam sheet for protection. Also, the scales have a blue plastic cover that is to be taken off before use. It is for protection during shipment too. It took me and my son to work on pulling the plastic off. The plastic is hard to pull off and it will break very easily then you have to start again. After the plastic is off the scales have adhesive marks in several places over the entire scale. The company should be ashamed of selling a product with all the work involved. I think they should be paying the customer for the aggravation. If I had known beforehand I never would have ordered the scales. I don't know if the scales work or not. I just finished getting the blue plastic off last night. Just beware!!

Lifting our large dogs to weigh them gets riskier every year so we ordered this. Our older ones stand like champions and the younger ones are coming along. We’ve left the foam shipping cover on it to reduce moise and slipping while they get used to the new scale. Even though we’re storing it upright, every weight is accurate, which is more than I can say for my digital bathroom scale.

Worked very well for correctly canning 5 gallon maple syrup in slightly oversize jugs. Set "tare" feature was especially helpful as was battery operation option to work without cords.

This scale is so easy to use and is not intimidating to our dog. He has no problem climbing on it and staying still while we read his weight numbers. It is solid and a bit heavy, so my husband does any moving necessary. Weight numbers are easy to read. Great way to monitor feeding quantities. We use it to check/monitor our vet's scale.

I absolutely love this scale! It makes weighing our livestock so much easier and less time consuming. I would highly recommend it to anyone with livestock, or pets.
