I bought this machine because its price was modest, and I needed one in stock. I am really pleased with it. I looked at American-made machines, but the price difference is not worth it for what I need. I wish, however, that some of the jewelry-making options were compatible with this metric machine. (25mm collet pin back buttons) I can only find 1-inch options that do not fit this machine.

Took some practice to get it down, but works great now! Just need to have the top piece turned to the right position lol its a little weird but now works every time without an issue. Took a lot of trial and error before figuring out the issue though.

I love the quality of this button maker. It’s really sturdy. I really recommend it for your small business.

Took a bit of getting used to how to put the back in to have the pin be straight with image on front but now it's a breeze. Just finished mu first order of 210 buttons and machine worked as expected. Lost 1 or 2 along the way (operator error) so can't complain. Years ago I had a "brand name" hand held machine, this is SOOOOO much easier.

The instructions that came with the button maker are terrible and make no sense. It's like they are a bad translation from another language. We had to find a random YouTube video from another user to help us understand how to use it. Once we found the video, we were good to go.

This button maker is very solid, mostly VERY thick plastic around an inch thick solid plastic, so it is not cheap. The handle is very heavy solid steel as well as the base that bolts on. The button dies are VERY heavy chrome solid metal, and are quite impressive

Great product. Grandkids enjoy making the buttons. One is going to make campaign buttons for her school elections. Customer support is amazing if you have any issues.

I was hesitant to buy this, but so glad that I did. The buttons are a huge hit for middle school students. Even the parents are asking for them. This was easy to put together too. I watched a YouTube video as well to help me make my first button. A few buttons weren't the best, but it was my fault. Definitely need a circle cutter and a mat. Glad I purchased this!

We use this when the grandkids are over and let them make buttons for their backpacks. Fun to use and works great

other than making sure you have the right paper to back whatever you are making - it works great
