I give a rating of 3 stars cause it connects to my 2 laptops and my desktop computer. But same issue with all the computers when I send a image to the cutter. The cutter does not respond, it does not cut. I have been dealing with this for going on 4 days now, trying every solution I can think of. Even went to Best Buy and spent $72 on new cables for the cutter and still nothing. If I can just get this machine to do what its made to do and see how it works, I'd give it a better rating. But I need to see what cutter is capable of and will it do the jobs I need it to do.
