Fan works well, but the shutters do not open and close on their own . The fan is installed at the top of a building and the shutters will not close unless you go in manually do it. I highly recommend not purchasing if it’s not accessible.. If the shutters worked as described, it would be a five star purchase. also, the adjustment cable should be much longer since it’s intended use is to ventilate buildings, and the best location is highest point of a building .

Totally weak and underpowered. Very disappointed with the low amount of air it moves. First regret of something I purchased from Vevor I give it a 1 out of 10 and that's being nice.

So it is poorly designed what happens is that the fan is not balanced in the structure holding the fan is very weak so it allows it to vibrate immensely I bought a second one after trying to correct the problem only because I just put it into my wall so I have a hole in my house that matches their unit after getting the second one. It had the same issue so I looked a little closer at the design I ran some analysis and found out it’s a design flaw. So I was stuck with a hole in my home so I needed to fix it. I went ahead and preloaded the structure in order to remove 80 to 90% of the vibration by putting the fan assembly in compression. I cannot recommend this unit.

Vevor has incorrect information on website, misreprenting product details and is selling equipment that DOES NOT have Canada electric approvals, as required by LAW for use in Canada. When I contacted customer service and indicated that resolution was urgent, they kept coming back with responses that clearly indicated that they had not actually read my customer service submission and I had to state the same thing approximately six times. The product was late in getting delivered, and then we had to re-order a different product with a different supplier. Combined, this created approximaetly a six week delay to our project.

This one never arrived. Disappointed with this shipment only. Had to reorder it.

Fan failed less than 4 months after installation. Good design and easy installation, however, fan stopped turning at full speed a few weeks ago and has now died.

Working then stopped working after a couple days of being installed.

I would love to write a glowing review for the 24 inch exhaust fan, however I can't. This item was not delivered to my address. I have been in contact with Vevor regarding this, and have yet to receive satisfaction for this purchase. This is most unfortunate.

Just installed the 24 inch shutter fan and the motor is so hot you can't touch it. Is that normal and how long will it last being hot like that ?
