How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Brock M Amazing for the price

Amazing quality other than the screen and controls are below par. If you pause the machine or trip the safety laser, the timer and screen reset so you lose all your progress. I got it for 50% off and it’s just as nice as a $3000 machine

SM*** It works.

The machine itself is good. It fits a smaller space well. The ceiling height at 8 to 9 foot is definitely needed. It works for what I wanted.
Shipping sucked. Took over a week to leave the warehouse and then another week to get to the destination hub, then it sat there for 4 days before actually being delivered.
