Amazing for the price

Amazing quality other than the screen and controls are below par. If you pause the machine or trip the safety laser, the timer and screen reset so you lose all your progress. I got it for 50% off and it’s just as nice as a $3000 machine

Compact and lighter than others but only 3 steps.

I have mixed feelings about it. It's lighter than all other stair machines I saw, also more compact. But because of that it only has 3 steps and only 2 stay flat at the time. Other machines have 4 with 3 steps flat at the time, making it more comfortable to use. So it depends on your priorities. If it's size and weight this is a good option. Works fine. If you want 4 steps and more comfort, try another one. This one also doesn't show how many floors you climb, just number of steps. One more thing, the steps are short which is ok for me since I have small feet. 7.5W But if you have big feet pay attention to the size. Instructions are not very good. Very vague.

Excellent stepmill for the price.

I just received this stepper, ordered from the Vevor website, and I have to say that I am very impressed. I love a good stepmill workout at the gym, but I really don’t love the chunk of time it takes from my day getting to and from the gym. I have been looking for a quality stepmill that doesn’t break the bank, and so far this stepper definitely fits the bill. Pros: 1) It plugs into a standard 120 V outlet, so I didn’t have to hire an electrician to drop a wire in our home. 2) It is very compact, so we were able to get it through the doors in our home. It took two of us to do it, and we had to build it in the room, but it fit without real drama. Our doorway to the workout room is 29 inches wide, so I needed a compact machine. 3) The digital readout is LED, so no chance that a glitch in the software will turn it into a paperweight. 4) It was easy to put together with 2 people. It took us less than an hour to put together. Easy peasy. 5) The workout is definitely comparable to a solid gym stair master workout. 6) It has a little magazine ledge on the screen, perfect for my IPad. Cons 1) The steps are not very wide, so a tall man with big feet would have issues with the size of the steps. Think CT on The Challenge falling off of the stepper bc his feet were too big… 2). This is really built for people under 200 lbs. The width is narrow, so if you are more than 25 inches wide you might not fit. 3) The emergency stop is activated if you use the lowest step. So skipping a step will not work. 4) When you pause the workout for any length of time, the timer and calorie counter resets automatically to 0:00. 5). There is a lot of lubricant on the chain, and it makes a funny swishing liquid sound when it turns on. 6) The LED screen is set a little too high, so if you are a shorty you have to look up at the screen. It is a little awkward. 7). The machine is heavy, one person cannot get this in the house or set this up alone. You will need someone to help you with

Nice

Exactly what the wife wanted. REALLY wish it had some wheels tho to help moving it around. Other than that, no complaints and easy to complete the assembly.

It works.

The machine itself is good. It fits a smaller space well. The ceiling height at 8 to 9 foot is definitely needed. It works for what I wanted.
Shipping sucked. Took over a week to leave the warehouse and then another week to get to the destination hub, then it sat there for 4 days before actually being delivered.
