It's strong, cranks good only Complaint is when in neutral sometimes you have to put it in reverse to get the chain un caught and then back into neutral to just pull the chain out. Otherwise good product.

Works like a charm for me not to have to lay on tbe ground to change blades on riding mower.

Lightweight, came with carry bag, thought it was kinda dumb, but then found its use when i wasnt dragging 10 feet of chain around. Very good for small picks that are just a little to heavy, and also good to put a little bit of extra tension on something to make it pumb, level and square.

Worked great for pulling and installing 100hp airned

We are using this in an underground coal mines, works well for what we use it for.

Some time smaller is better

I bought this primarily for building handrail, it works great for plumbing posts and holding them steady until you can tack a rail in place. However, with it's half ton rating I feel confident using it to rig light loads when installing equipment like motors as well.--UPDATE--I've had it for 2 months now and have have probably used it almost every day at work. As stated earlier, I primarily got it for fabbing handrails but it has proven to be very useful for installing conveyors and their components. I'm still very pleased with it, however I do have one complaint. It does not free-spin well in neutral or the down position. This can be a nuisance when trying to introduce slack in the line since you have to crank and crank on it. It be an adjustment issue or maybe a defect, I don't know. It free-spins perfectly when removing slack though, and hasn't failed under load, so it's still a very useful tool.
