How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Humanoid Keeps food warm for several hours but gasket came loose
120 L Black
This is my second one and both are great. Hold hot food hot for several hours and great for travel when we cater. The only issue I had with this one is after a few months the gasket came loose and has been a little difficult to get to stay in the groove. Could be a flaw on the one I bought but Im out of the return window. Still works good.
