Het bed scharnier werd snel afgeleverd, zat goed verpakt en hoewel de beschrijving summier is, kun je een beetje handigheid goed installeren. Het werkt na weghalen van 3veren perfect, het zou wel handig geweest zijn dat er papieren mallen van het gaten patroon bijgevoegd waren, de 6 gaten overnemen die overigens niet in lijn zitten is best lastig. De meest gebruikte houtdikte voor een bed is 18mm de meegeleverde boutjes zijn daardoor te lang en moet je inkorten. Bij een uitgeklapt bed zou er feitelijk een terugklap slot aanwezig moeten zijn, want als je aan het begin bij de scharnierkant op het bed gaat zitten heeft het de neiging omhoog te gaan, ik heb dat nu zelf erin gemaakt.

After reading everyone’s reviews about how bad the directions were….I figured “it can’t be that bad”….I was wrong! If there were clear directions and maybe a template for drilling the holes(which have to be exact) it would have been a day job. However, with several screw ups, and 1000 attempts before figuring out the correct way to mount the hinges…..2 days but done.

I made my own wall bed and used these. I made the bed fram outta 2x6s and lots of heavy lumber and they lifted no problem. The only problem I have now is the kids use it too much it's like we've got an air BNB operation going on and people are staying over all the time!

It really could use some better instructions. It's a good piece of hardware, with many great uses, but I had to make my own plans 100%. NOT for anyone lacking experience in crafting. It worked out well, but took a lot of thought and design to function effectively. If it had a basic draft example of a 10" queen sized bed, it would have helped immensely, as it could then be modified for most installs from that. Solid equipment, but be prepared to create your own design from scratch.
