I will make my comments in Spanish, in case there are Spanish speakers. In general terms, the equipment fulfills its functions. I believe that this model I bought is discontinued. I suppose that in the new equipment, which is smaller, they have addressed some shortcomings that this one had. Things I see as flaws are that they do not recommend the type of mix you should use to work. I know that many times it is trial and error, but they should at least have a recommendation to start with. We are already clear at this point that it is a 'Batter' type mix. I used the pre-mix from Puratos, which has an excellent flavor, and the one from Rich's, which produces more uniform donuts but is inferior in flavor. Honestly, I expected a more uniform donut, but I think I was asking for more than what the equipment can offer. Still, I am not complaining; the material is of good quality and fulfills its function. Amazing machine. Works as it should. I have this machine and started making mini donuts as soon as it arrived. I love it.

This donut fryer has been great for our mini donut business. Sometimes it’s not user friendly but it is usually because it is something on our end. We have not had any problems and it makes them fast! We also like that it is all electric and don’t have to mess with propane. Would definitely buy again!

Machine was easy to use once i converted celcius to farenheit. Instructions were vague. Great donuts so far.

Great donut machine. Very easy to use and has a very small footprint. My only complaint is there is not an easy way to remove oil from machine. I wish it had a drain like the other model...if you are wondering it comes with a plug ready to use.

Machine works great once you figure out timing and consistency of the batter. However after misplacing a piece and trying to get help to replace the missing parts with very little help. I was forced to take a partial refund and will be looking for another company to purchase my next machine from.

Always wanted one - at this price why not? easy to use, easy to clean up. takes a few minutes to get it all going in sync. but other than that I Just went with the setting it came with and worked great... up'd the time to 1.5 minutes i think.

This by far is the Best donut maker I’ve ever used! Well worth the money and so easy to assemble!!

Excellent piece of equipment easy to clean and operate ! Would purchase this again if needed. Great addition to our fun kitchen activities and would clearly recommend it.
