For someone who was used to hand stripping in the past, this is like going from a hack-saw to a chainsaw. It spits out hundreds of pieces in less time that it takes to make a cup of coffee. What a production upgrade!I wasn't too worried about the manual as you can easily figure it out from the Youtube videos. The only mod that I found necessary was to relabel the button marked "END" to "TEST"The unit came with spare blades and a bunch of tools too. Would definitely buy this one again. I don't see any reason to pay 3x this for competing machines.

Works exactly how you hope it would. After learning how the parameters and the adjustments work, setup is very quick. We use this to cut thousands of wire pieces (Usually a couple inches long) with both ends stripped. This machine takes a little over a minute to cut 100 pcs of 4 inch wire with both ends stripped. Couldn’t recommend this machine more if you cut and strip a lot of wire to the same length.

Does exactly what it says it does everytime. Quickly and accurately cuts and strips wires. My only wish is that it had a speed slower than the slowest speed as it goes so fast its difficult to keep the wires its cutting straight.

This machine is a built like a tank. I pulled it out of the box and had it automating 3 steps in my production process in about 15 minutes. If you just need a cut and strip or half strip operation you don’t even need the manual with the newly designed user interface. It is intuitive for a Chinese built machine, nice work! You can tell they are working hard to provide a good manual but there are a few areas where the translation can still be improved. This machine is worth every penny and feels like it will serve our needs for the foreseeable future. We plan to add additional machines if this one works out. Highly recommended! WC Missouri USA

Very accurate and repeatable, using mostly for 24AWG stranded PTFE, stripped for Molex Microfit & Clikmate / Samtec MiniMate crimp pins, we now have two Vevors

This is a fantastic machine! I wasn't the one who set it up, so I can only go by what my team members said and my using it once, but it is quick, works great, compact, and relatively easy to use. Only complaint is that we sometimes need to cut and strip very short wires and we weren't able to make that happen. Maybe there is something we don't know. (short being about 1-1/2". The machine could strip only one end. It did cut at 1-1/2" though.)

I have a small business where I manufacture custom cable assemblies/harnesses. As of now I use 22, 18, and 16 AWG insulated 7 strand wire for 15 assemblies for orders that range from 800-1200 units per year. Each assembly incorporates different types of connector systems (Micro Fit 3.0, Mini Fit Jr, and quick disconnect terminals). This is without a doubt the best investment I could have made. There is a steep learning curve with regards to the setup so be prepared to dedicate an afternoon to learning the settings. But once you understand how to program it, setting up new programs and changing wires takes less then a minute or two. I would buy this even if I only had to make 100 units a year. The machine does have some weight to it and the handles are ergonomically useless. That said, I highly recommend this product.

This is our second machine in the last 8 years or so (lost track) The first one had a failure of the display so we ordered a new one. Once we had the new one, we opened up the old one and found the problem was a simple connection problem and it now works perfect. We are keeping the new one as a backup as we strip and cut miles of wire for our products. Our only complaint is the set up is confusing and the new one is not the same as the old one. A better manual would be helpful so 4 stars.

I've only had a it a few days and used it twice but I cranked out more wire pieces to make our harnesses then I would have in two days of cutting and stripping. Accuracy is FAR FAR above what I can do by hand. This machine says it only goes to 8mm wire but I made a feed tube that is 10mm ID so we'll see if I can strip some 4AWG welding wire today! Only things I noticed: Definitely want to turn the feed speed DOWN unless your standing there feeding the spool of wire by hand. It yanks on the spool pretty violently when it feeds. If you had wire fed from a vertical barrel type setup that would be ideal. Second thing is the manual basically SUCKS.... really bad translation. Maybe I'll make a configuration video in the future, once I figure out the multi-segment stripping :)
