This machine is fantastic. It cuts and strips perfectly and at a speed that is outstanding. The manualmay be a little confusing for some. It's written to cover several models and by a person whose first language doesn't appear to be English. However, it took me less then ten (10) minutes (& 18 inches of wire) for me to figure out the key pad and configure my first set-up of 18Ga. wires for length of wire and a perfect stripping length for amp. sockets. Once setup, it only takes seconds to change strip or wire length parameters. Super simple and very intuitive. And "No" you don't need to be a technical geek or experience with this type of equipment ..... that's coming from an "old geezer" who still uses a Flip Phone. This unit is simple to operate, fast, accurate and costs a fraction of anything else out there.

We received ours with a different control panel than in the image, but it's a better control panel. Now that we've figured out the settings it's doing work that took several hours in several minutes! We actually ordered this one incorrectly as we need the next size up (larger wire), but have now bought that model as well and will keep both. I am having trouble figuring out how to get the machine to remove the jacket instead of just scoring it if anyone has any tips.

This product will accurately and rapidly cut and strip wire up to 10 meters (30 ft) in length. We used it mostly for wire harnesses with wires less than 10 inches long. The length of stripping on the end of the wire can be controlled to the nearest .1 mm which leaves wire the perfect length for the desired contact. The company has stood behind the product.

Does exactly what it says it does everytime. Quickly and accurately cuts and strips wires. My only wish is that it had a speed slower than the slowest speed as it goes so fast its difficult to keep the wires its cutting straight.

This is our second machine in the last 8 years or so (lost track) The first one had a failure of the display so we ordered a new one. Once we had the new one, we opened up the old one and found the problem was a simple connection problem and it now works perfect. We are keeping the new one as a backup as we strip and cut miles of wire for our products. Our only complaint is the set up is confusing and the new one is not the same as the old one. A better manual would be helpful so 4 stars.

I have wanted one of these for years but found them just out of my reach financially, but I broke down and got one. This changed everything! Carpal Tunnel no more! The manual is very detailed and thorough. I also watched the youtube videos which was very informative. You will be cutting wires within 10 minutes.Takeaways: A wire spool holder is really helpful! Be patient, as fine-tuning will be likely.

Works exactly how you hope it would. After learning how the parameters and the adjustments work, setup is very quick. We use this to cut thousands of wire pieces (Usually a couple inches long) with both ends stripped. This machine takes a little over a minute to cut 100 pcs of 4 inch wire with both ends stripped. Couldn’t recommend this machine more if you cut and strip a lot of wire to the same length.

Has anyone found spare, or different blades for this machine? I need to cut, not strip, ribbon cable!This machine runs great and I adapted it to also cut .375 pvc tubing, and shrink tube, but the ribbon cable is too wide for the cutter openings.Has anyone found any support, or parts?

I didn't buy on Amazon, but want to say that it's a great machine. Watch the YouTube videos and you don't need the manual. Time saved cutting and stripping manually easily justifies this addition to my cottage factory.

Maschine macht soliden Eindruck für kleine Produktion. Sie macht genau das, was sie soll, in erstaunlicher Geschwindigkeit. Längenabweichungen unterhalb der geforderten Toleranzen. Wir prüfen im "kleinen" Dauerbetrieb noch einmal. Manko: Die Betriebsanleitung ist mangelhaft - da mit absoluter Sicherheit mit einem Programm übersetzt von Chinesisch in Englisch in Deutsch.
