Installation was fairly easy, and it seems to work great so far. Losr three chickens to a bobcat last week. Now that I have this installed everybody is safe and sound! I'm giving it 4 stars because a day after I installed it something has gone wrong with the motor and it will not open all the way, although it still works, ill probably need to return it, but I don't have time to deal with it right now...

I love this automatic door! It opens when its daybreak and closes when it's dark! I dont have to worry at all early in the morning to let the chickens out of the coop, into the run! Love it! Love it!

Great product. Works fabulously! Just took forever to arrive.

The automatic chicken door was working perfectly then it stopped. I reached out to Lovshare and they came through with a fix. Shipped me the new part and it up and working again. Can't ask for more than that.

Easy assembly, however once you use the remote it seems to override the photo cell and it will only work with remote until you disconnect power and reboot it. I assume that's normal and it seems others complained door only works on remote.

Works well. Been using foot for about 4 months with no issues. Easier to install with 2 people but could do it alone if needed.

I am new to the automatic door group. But, I am building my chicks a new coop and figured to give it a try. I will say, like others, that the instructions sure are lacking. When instructions say "about" 12 11/16", that doesn't seem to be an "about". I am not an engineer but was able to figure out how it really should be installed. I do wish it had a switch on the control box so that it can be closed without the remote. I thought I had an issue with the light sensor, but it seems to be working now. Other reviews have suggested to buy the 27A batteries when you purchase this, THAT was the best advice. I bought a 2 pack for under $4 and you do NEED them. Seems the company could include them in the kit, even if they charge a few bucks extra.

I gave it only 4 stars because the remotes do not have batteries and the instructions are small and hard to read. It would help to tell you “you must purchase batteries for the remotes!” So you don’t waste you time with them during installation! It helps to have some electronic and engineering expertise. I liked the fact that everything is printed on the circuit board. They really should offer a more detailed installation manual on line and include batteries for the two remotes. Then I’d give it 5 stars.

The product is great. However the customer service is above five stars. I cant say enough wonderful things about the product and company. A asset to Amazon.
