Easy to use and seems to grip fine on rubber tracks. Fair amount of flexibility in adjustments. Really like it!

These blocks should be used primarily on dirt tracks as the installed spikes are 3/8” long and it comes with the nails for the ends.The preinstalled spikes are not intended to be replaced with standard track spikes however with some work and fabrication you can remove the pre installed spikes drill and tap the holes and install any spike size you want or need.

This product was very simple to use, but I wish the foot pedal was more reinforced with thicker steel and the spikes in the pedals went into the track to make it more stable. Otherwise it's a good product

Easy to use. Son can set it up himself when practicing for his races.
