Totally pleased with railing, but not so thrilled with the hardware. Drill bit that comes with kit is of no use. It's a spade drill bit that might be used for glass or ceramic, but is quickly destroyed in concrete. However, the hardware is metric, and finding a metric concrete bit is a challenge. So I had to improvise and everything assembled ok, but standard American hardware would be better for U.S. customers.

I bought this hand rail for my neighbor that had hip replacment. He didnt have any handrail going from the outside down to his basement that had 4 steps. He asked me if i could put a handrail in for him. As i was looking for sometype of handrail i could make or buy for him i came across your site. wow am i glad that i did. This handrail didnt cost much but was a very high quility and sturdy built one also.If i had to buy another one for someone else i would buy from your company again. Thanks

Had knee replacement surgery and without the hand rails, I could not get up my sidewalk.

Well pleased with rail ;easy to install ,looks good and is very sturdy . all material to install although the concrete drill bit included would not fit my drill.
