purchased these for my GF. she has degenerative discs in her back and had fallen and made it worse! the handrails went on her front steps and are perfect height and are strong! a life saver for her to get in and out of her house without falling down again!

This arrived better than expected, high-quality and super easy to install. This looks very modern and clean, compliments the surrounding space well. Great value for the new safety measures we took for stairs.

Sturdy and is adaptable to non-standard step-ups. I installed six of these on concrete walkways and where they connect to my front and back porches. I used a 1/2 inch masonry bit on a hammer drill for the holes. These came with the necessary anchors and basic tools for assembly (small adjustable wrench and two hex wrenches). If you are doing more that one or two of these, I would recommend using an 3/8" drive impact wrench with a wobble extension (mounting hole is too close to post for standard impact wrench to fit directly on anchor screw.)

Install is a not difficult IF you have a good quality impact type drill. Other than that it is fairly easy for anyone with DYS skill. My only other concern is that while the finish on the main seems to be good, some of the fasteners are not well painted. The heads of at least two of the bolts began rusting within days of install.

Purchased two of these. First one was easily installed and I am very satisfied with the product. The second one purchase had a significant issue with one upright welded to its base at the wrong angle. Should be at 90 degrees but was so crooked that handrail was almost 2 inches out of alignment. It took significant effort to attach handrail and then to forcibly push the two posts in opposite directions to flex/bend trying to get acceptable alignment. Overall I do like these handrails - just wish the quality would be consistent.

Best rail for the money

Very strong and sturdy. Very good quality. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy more if I needed them.

This stair rail came with one bit, but it didn't last. We had to purchase additional bits. You will also need a hammer drill to install. My husband installed 3 of these over 2 days, this was because he had to go to the store for the other items. We installed into exposed agregate so it was harder to install.

Well made, easy install, adapts well to location.

Railing was much better than expected, sturdy, good quality and easy to install. I definitely will purchase another one for a similar application.
