of the 6 stanchions, 1, the brass ball was not properly affixed to the screw used to secure the rope clasp receiving ring on the top, and ive tried several resins and gorilla glues to fix this, but have had no success. buyer beware

ONLY REASON I GAVE THE 'STURDINESS' A 4/5 IS BECAUSE THE HEAVY BASE DOES NOT LOCK ONTO THE BOTTOM GOLD BASE FOR THE COVER.IT'S GORGEOUS AND VERY WELL RECEIVED BY OUR CUSTOMERS!

Don't be alarmed if you only receive 1 base weight in the box. The shipping consist of 2 separate deliveries. Overall great product the price.

These stanchions with red velvet ropes are just like what you would expect to see at a formal event showing people where to line up. The ropes have hooks on both ends to connect to the stanchions. One of the sand-filled bases was slightly cracked, which is why I gave them 4 stars, but the sand is not leaking out. We are very happy with these!
